♦ Are you manufacture?

Yes, we’re manufacture based in Shunde of Foshan City, cover the area of 6000 m2, 

we have our own hardware workshop, assembly line and test rooms.

♦ What is the capacity?

There have different capacity for choosing: 6.8L, 8.8L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 25L, 30L, 35L for water boiler; 

6.8L, 8.8L, 10L, 15L, 20L for coffee urn.

♦ Can you make in other material except #304 s/s?

It depends, normally when the quantity is over 1000pcs per item, we can use #201 s/s for a lower price.

♦ What’s the difference of single wall & double wall?

Double wall has a better protection for hot and the time of keeping-warm is much longer.  Single wall has lower price, and some consumers would prefer to use single wall.

♦ Which certifications you have?

Most of our products have the approval for GS/CE/CB/ROHS.

♦ Can I mix several models in one container, what’s MOQ?

MOQ is the quantity for 20' container, depends on different capacity, the loading quantity would be different, from 800 to 400pcs.  For trial order, we support to mix 2 models to test the feedback of the market.

♦ Can I change the voltage and plug?

Of course, we could produce as the requirements according to different countries.

♦ How long for a sample?

Normally it's 5~7 days, for some basic models we could supply in 3 days.

♦ How about the lead time for the regular orders in production?

It’s 35~45 days after getting the deposit.

♦ What’s your payment ways?

The most used two ways are as below:

T/T: 30% for deposit, 70% before shipment

L/C: irrevocable L/C at sight

(If for other payments, just like D/P, D/A or O/A, we don’t suggest in the first cooperation, 

but for customers with big repeated orders, you can discuss with us, we need analyze the general situation.)

♦ What’s warranty period for your products?

Our company’s policy is to provide one-year warranty, and 1% weary accessories.  

Technical support is provided for lifetime, and the main parts will be kept available for 5 years at least.
